On XX/XX/2022, I reached out to My great lakes my student loan servicer. On that day i requested all the payments I made during the student loan pause starting when the CARES ACT went into effect to be refunded/reversed as the Provision under the CARES ACT law. I was told the application would be submitted to the Back office were it would be processed and I should see my loan balances update in XXXX business days and receive my refunds within XXXX business days. I have Reached out numerous times to get an update on my situation and I'm told that my request is still " processing ''. I keep being given longer and longer time frames the last one I was told is that it could take up to XXXX business days to see any updates to my account. I really am in need of this money with Inflation at historic levels.
