I received the results from my previous complaint with Transunion in the CFPB portal, and NONE of my matters were addressed. I provided detailed feedback. Transunion ignored all of the issues that were brought to their attention and listed all of the disputed accounts as " updated ''. I am not confident that an actual investigation took place! They have not altered or changed anything on my report, nor was I mailed a copy of my report once their alleged investigation was complete. Transunion never addressed that they have received more than one of my disputes, via certified mail, and have never responded to me. They did not follow the rules and procedures upon receiving a dispute by a consumer, which is obviously a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681i. That by itself is grounds for deleting the disputed information! But wait, theres more. The disputed items, which I have good reason to believe to to be inaccurate, was never blocked from reporting upon Transunion receiving my dispute, -which is a violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681s2. Transunion also never addressed that the following financial institutions never provided me with clear and conspicuous notice, informing me that I have the right to opt out of reporting : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I was never given disclosure or a choice and this is a clear violation of 15 U.S. Code 6802. Transunion also never addressed that my right to privacy is being violated and that my private, nonpublic information is being shared to nonaffiliated third parties such Transunion, and others. This are violations of 15 U.S. Code 6801 15 U.S. Code 6802. How is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX able to furnish information onto my credit report?? How did they obtain my social security number and other nonpublic information?? Transunion did not address this matter. No consent means identity theft! None of the items disputed as identity theft were blocked within four days according to 15 U.S. Code 1681c2 ( a ). Under 15 U.S. Code 1681, Congress sates that there is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. Transunion is not insuring that my right to privacy is being respected by the companies listed above. And lastly, 15 U.S. Code 1681 ( 2 ) states that transactional information, or experiences, between the consumer and the furnisher are to excluded from consumer reporting. That means that NONE of these accounts should be reporting! I never received ANY documentation supporting the information that Transunion is reporting therefore they need to delete this information!
