Credit Systems is inaccurately reporting a debt on my XXXX Credit Bureau Report, in the amount of {$120.00}. I called to inquire about this debt and was told they are collecting for a medical bill. I told Credit Systems I do not owe any medical debt to anyone. I requested for Credit Systems to validate the debt belongs to me by providing me with document bearing my signature according to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. And I was told they do not have anything bearing my signature. I have repeatedly asked for evidence to support their reporting, but Credit Systems have failed to provide me with a copy of viable evidence to support their false claims.
