I have written several letters to XXXX, XXXX, & Transunion about an account on my credit report " XXXX XXXX ''. Each time the dispute results says the account is verified. I have written letters and contacted XXXX XXXX several times and either I got no response or they could not find any information with my name on it. I finally got a letter from them after many months of disputing this account stating that the account reporting could not be located. How are you conducting your investigations? Are you really doing a true investigation? Where are you getting your information? If the company could never provide me with information and now I finally got a letter that says " account could not be located '' are you really doing an investigation on my account. Now I have questions about other accounts that I have disputed and wondering if you are accurately doing an investigation.
