The Customer Service just says " TOUGH '' it is an " INTEREST FIRST '' LOAN. All normal loans and mortgages are Interest FIRST. That is STANDARD... and I pay EXTRA ON ALL OF THEM. I want to pay the Principle down so I am not STUCK with YEARS AND YEARS of Interest payments, I even asked HOW MUCH the interest total on the loan ( truth in lending law ) and they won't put an amount on it. They just say " we can't know until you are paying it out. So the 1.99 % interest is a scam. They refuse to allow me to make extra payments over and above the AGREED AMOUNT and no matter what I pay a month ... it goes to INTEREST and a pittance goes to the principle. In XXXX XXXX and having owned a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ... I have never seen a loan like this ... it is loan sharking. Several Attorneys General in several States already are SUING THEM. They are Loan Sharking.
