This company is engaging in the illegal practice of DEBT PARKING. I was never notified of this debt and I have not lived in Texas for over 7 years. This is a junk debt buyer and they have not provided validation of the debt to me. They also continue to illegally validate the debt to the credit bureaus and this has detrimentally affected my credit scores. They are violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices as I was never notified of this fraudulent debt in writing before placing on my credit file. I could not dispute the validity of the debt within 30 days. I had no medical debt when Ieft Texas XXXX and XXXX years ago and I was not notified of any purported debt during my residency there. I called and the customer service representative threatened me over the phone if I did not pay them the {$120.00}, which I do not owe. They refused to send me evidence of this fraudulent debt. I have disputed this with the credit bureau and this company continues to validate the debt with them. No one will send any paperwork to me about this debt.
