On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX and again on Wednesday XX/XX/XXXX I mailed three letters through certified mail with return slips to Experian, XXXX, and XXXX regarding several discrepancies I found on my credit reports. In the first round of letters, I asked them to fully validate the reported information and remove anything that they could not provide signed, original contracts for in correlation to the accounts in question within 30 days. No method of verification was revealed nor were any original contracts with my 'wet ' signature provided as proof of validation. In the second round of letters, I reiterated my requests made in the first letters and asked them to please DELETE anything that could not be fully verified and to include original signed contracts as well as a copy of my updated credit report. As of today, Sunday XX/XX/XXXX, these accounts still remain and have not been fully verified. I have reason to believe that multiple creditors are conducting illegal actions against me including reporting the same account more than once, reporting old debts as new, and reporting charge-offs before the 120-day delinquent mark.
