XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Dear Experian, I, the consumer and natural person recently reviewed my credit report and noticed some unauthorized accounts on my consumer report. Under 15 USC 1681a ( 3 ), you Experian assumed this role without permission and thats not the only thing, without having my consent, you did not respect my right to privacy which is a violation pursuant to 15 USC 1681a ( 4 ). You did not exercise your grave responsibility, and you were unfair and you were partial! I decided to file a CFPB report and also a complaint with the attorney general. You never had a permissible purpose to furnish. Under 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ). I never instructed Experian to furnish this information and I never consented to this report in the first place. I am very disappointed to have found these violations on my consumer report. It troubles me to know that you relied on my ignorance to think that I would not recognize the violations being committed to not only me but countless other consumers as well. Before you respond and say that these companies have provided you with information showing that I gave them consent to place and inquiry on my account or telling me that inquiries on to be on my report for 2 years for employment purposes that has nothing to do with having my consent to furnish the information. I dont want this information shown on my report. It is nobody 's business about what I inquire about in my life. Especially if I did not receive any type of service regarding the matter. You all do not investigate anything you just take the company 's word for it and furnish it without receiving any type of validation from me. How is that lawful or even fair? As a consumer, natural person protected by the FDCPA Title 15 Chapter 41. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681s-2 ( b ). Please validate, NOT VERIFY this information with the companies provided on a separate page and provide me with the documentation from any of these accounts bearing my signature, authorizing an inquiry. I also demand Experian to produce a contract between you and I, the consumer and natural person bearing my signature showing that I gave you the permission to furnish this information on behalf and you didnt just ASSUME the role according to 15 USC 1681a ) 3 ). I formally demand that all inquiries listed be removed and blocked from my consumer report that you maintain under my social security number! You are required to do what I am asking and please note that you have 30 days from the date of receiving this notice to complete the investigation as per the FCRA Section 611.
