Good afternoon, My Kohls 's credit account was closed in XXXX of 2022 even though I made the minimum payment of {$31.00} back on the due date of XX/XX/XXXX of 2022. I then receive an email stating that my new minimum payment would be {$60.00} even though it was submitted via Kohl 's website on XX/XX/2022. I then didn't make the payments for XXXX and XXXX as I tried to get this corrected with Kohls but never did. I then make the payment of {$200.00} to keep the account current on XX/XX/2022 which was due at the time, via debit card so the payment should've been processed right then. According to my bank XXXX XXXX XXXX, the payment was never processed or attempted to be processed by Kohls. Now I receive a letter stating the new minimum balance due is {$350.00} and my account has been closed. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.
