I filed a dispute with EQUIFAX about them reporting a bankruptcy on my credit report that does not belong to me. XXXX list XXXX as the 3rd party consumer reporting agency that provided that incorrect information. I reached out to XXXX about that bankruptcy reporting after my dispute with them and XXXX sent me a letter stating that as of XX/XX/2022 they have removed my disputed bankruptcy information from my file. I have attached a copy of that letter to this complaint for your records. Please remove the bankruptcy listing from file and all accounts listing incorrect information from a bankruptcy. If this information is not removed with in 30 days of this complaint, as I am a litigious consumer and I will not hesitate to file a suit in court for damages per the Federal Credit Reporting Act.
