By phone Paragon Revenue Group did not address the FDCPA violations, the threats made to me, the unanswered messages I left for a supervisor to call me or the validity of the company. The most important issue was the FDCPA violations. I spoke to XXXX she called my home implying that something was wrong with my child. It wasn't until later into the call and me concern for my child was clear that she mentioned it was about a debt. This is impersonation, giving the impression it was something other than a business matter. She threatening me with my credit after proof of debt was requested, she nor her co-worker, XXXX, fully mirandized the call. They hung up on me after I requested a manager more than once. I never received a call back from a manager and I attempted and left messages for one 3 different dates. This is abusive behavior from their staff towards a customer. This is unethical, unprofessional and against the fair debt collections practices act. Paragon Revenue Group took no responsibility for their actions. I feel an attorney or authority above myself should hold Paragon Revenue Group accountable.
