XX/XX/2022 I made a {$5000.00} payment to upgrade it took a couple days for bank to release payment. Upgrade customer service indicated on the XXXX that they do show a payment was made on the XXXX of XXXX. On the XXXX of XX/XX/2022 I go to use my upgrade credit card thinking because I made my payment and according to upgrade it's paid I should be able to use my card. Only to be of no avail due to unfair consumer practices of not making my credit immediately available once payment is made. Now I'm in store knowing I have a certain amount of credit available because I paid it. The real problem is if I didn't pay my bill on time they would report me to credit bureaus and tack on interest for late payment. How fair is it to me as a consumer to make my payments on time or a head of time only to be denied access to a service that the agreement is as long as I pay my bill I will have credit available. This is not the case with upgrade I have to wait 7 to 10 business days to have funds that I pay to have available to me. It's supposed to be you pay your bill you continue to receive service according to upgrade policy and terms.
