In the pictures below, you will see a legitimate police report on identity theft, an FTC ID Theft report, and a denial from XXXX AND WELLS FARGO stating that the incorrect information from my identity theft will still be published. My identity was stolen a couple years back and actually the deeper Im looking, it looks like it is much prior than I originally thought. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO case ID XXXX. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO is blatantly punishing a victim of identity theft. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO has failed to provide reason, or provide legitimate proof with any reason as to why they made a denial on my identity theft. This is done in bad faith and is a violation of the FCRA. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO are mandated by law to keep accurate and up to date records all of which they have failed to do. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO has failed to provide legitimate actual documentation as to why they denied my claim. They also provide no steps to determine that the account information is accurate and up to date, two years later still being punished for identity theft. If they want a lawsuit, theyll get it. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO have violated have violated FCRA section 607 compliance procedures and failed to furnish and keep an accurate report. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO cant tell me my identity wasnt stolen, because it was. They also violated section 611 procedure in case of disputed accuracy, by mis treating inaccurate and unverifiable information, as they failed to send me proof, as the burden now rests upon them. They are also in violation of section 617 negligent noncompliance and are purposely keeping inaccurate records on my file that should not be there. They also violate section 623 by reporting information with known errors and submitting it as accurate. XXXX AND WELLS FARGO now have the burden of proof to show why my claims got denied other than a boiler plate answer, that it was found verifiable without showing any known proven methods. There are more additional laws and causes of action that I will add if XXXX AND WELLS FARGO continues to violate my rights. I am in good standing with all banks. Any decision that doesnt result in this will be fully disputed. As it is not my fault for what happened.
