I'M DONE ASKING NICELY. I'VE SENT YOU NUMEROUS LETTERS INFORMING THERE IS INACCURATE, ERRONEOUS & UNVERIFIABLE INFORMATION ON MY CREDIT REPORT. I ALSO SENT YOU A LETTER ON XX/XX/2022 AND YOU RESPONDED 2 DAYS LETTER SAYING PROCESSED, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE.You are required under the FCRA to have a copies of the original creditors documentation on file to verify that this information is 100 % true, accurate & correct. In the results of your numerous investigations and subsequent reinvestigations, you stated in writing that you verified or processed that these items are being reported correctly? I'VE ASKED YOU " WHO VERIFIED THESE ACCOUNTS? You have NOT provided me a copy of ANY original documentation, OR COPIES FOR THAT MATTER, as required under Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) & Section 611 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). Furthermore, you have failed to provide the method of verification as required under Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ). Please be advised that under Section 611 ( a ) ( 5 ) ( A ) of the FCRA you are required to promptly REPAIR all information which can not be verified. Sections 616 and 617 provide me with remedy when a credit reporting agency does not comply with the law. You are willful noncomplying with the FCRA.
