I have noticed on my Experian report that Experian reports my XXXX XXXX to be over {$66000.00}. I only have two loans both with XXXX XXXX. Those loans as of XX/XX/22 have a total of {$22000.00}. This incorrect information is hindering my ability to secure any further loans with XXXX XXXX, which is my primary financial institution. I have contacted and spoken to two reps at Experian, who very quickly noticed and acknowledged the incorrect information. The last rep I spoke to indicated that a Supervisor would have to look into this and then would call me. That was months ago and I still have not been contacted. Experian, has also made it more difficult to get a hold of rep on the phone to discuss the mattter. This issue needs to be resolved as quick as possible or legal action will be considered.
