Consumer Narrative
I had a {$300.00} credit limit with Capital one. The police took a rental car from me during a raid on a house I was at XXXX day. There was nothing illegal in the car. Me and my attorney informed the airport what happened cause they didnt return the car like they said they were going to do. Then the credit card company allowed the airport to make a large purchase more than my credit limit. I believe it was around XXXX. I didnt pay the company so they passed the info to a collection agency and they were calling me. I informed them of the incident and put a dispute in but was denied. I asked how the company allowed a purchase to be made that was more than my limit. The company still calls me ( XXXX )
