XXXX financed {$75000.00} for a {$140000.00} Solar project.. we were told it was a low interest government loan... Mosaic charges ... 5.24 % ..interest.,,. we were dual financed XXXX Mosaic and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX charged XXXX XXXX XXXX a {$70000.00} loan ... the convicted felon Installer ... yes ... convicted of Fraud and Forgery..dual financed us..which broke His contract with XXXX... they canceled it after XXXX phone call and showing proof ... Mosaic refuses to help... even though they were sent proof and a link to a XXXX page solar report.., detailing how the system is completely DEAD.., full of huge installation errors... and poses a risk for serious injury or XXXX ... we informed them over XXXX times ... our system was never finished ... never connected.., they have reported us for late payments ... harassed us with collecting calls.., and will put a lein on our house..all while supporting the convicted felon installer ... who lies ... the interest rate they are charging us .., is outrageous... it was represented to my XXXX and I as LOW INTEREST GOVERNMENT MONEY ... in my opinion.., Mosaic XXXX running a loan shark company ... that's how badly I feel they have acted ... totally in bad faith...
