I have a mortgage with Nations Direct Mortgage , LLC. The loan number is XXXX, the property address is XXXX XXXX Ct, XXXX, MD XXXX. Nations Direct Mortgage is the loan originator and servicer, the lender is XXXX XXXX I am filing complaint against the loan servicer, Nations Direct Mortgage, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX. Their customer service number is XXXX Facts : 1. I filled mortgage forbearance for the loan in XXXX. 2. I received a letter from Nations Direct dated XX/XX/XXXX. In the letter I was told that youre approved for a Trial Period Plan to modify your mortgage payment. During this trial period plan, you will be required to make three monthly payments in the amount of {$2900.00} each. 3. Since then I have been paying {$2900.00} monthly until this month, XX/XX/XXXX. 4. I called Nations Direct many times asked the final modification of the mortgage. The first call was on XX/XX/XXXX, I was told that Nations Direct would send formal modification document after the trial period. The last call was on XX/XX/XXXX, and I was told that the modification was still under review. 5. Around XXXX, XXXX, Nations Direct reported to credit bureau a negative record for this loan, significantly damaged my credit, this record is groundless. 6. Early this month, I sent a letter to Nations Direct via US mail, asked Nations Direct for ( 1 ) remove the groundless record from credit bureau. ( 2 ) Finalize the still under review process. 7. Today, I received a letter from Nations Direct, notified me appraisals developed in connection with a loss mitigation application. I am filling the complaint and want 1 Nations direct finalize review for notification process, approve or deny, and give me the reasons. 2. Remove the negative and groundless record regarding this loan from credit bureau. Thank you XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Ct XXXX, MD XXXX XXXX XXXX
