XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act XXXXt Account # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S. C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section XXXX : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions I requested a MOV method of verification on this account because I wasnt notified about it via email, mail, and phone. I checked my credit and happened to see the account. I challenged Transunion to send me their method of verification such as bill, written signature, etc and also stated if it couldnt be produced then the account should be deleted. I revived a letter in the mail saying that the account was verified and that was it. No supporting documents in which I asked for.
