My card keeps getting flagged for fraudulent activity. I have called and answered questions many times to verify its not fraudulent In XXXX I had to file a complaint because they permanently restricted my account, locking {$16000.00} of rewards, and stifling my business that has dozens of recurring transactions a month. They thought I was lying to them about how I was even though I was able to provide them all of the documents they asked me for. That issue costed me thousand in lost time and staff hours to correct all of my recurring accounts. Capital one eventually removed the permanent restriction and made my card work again. They apologized. Now it is happening again. I tried to make a purchase at XXXX XXXX XXXX and it triggered fraud. I spoke to the agent and answered all of the questions and verified all of the purchases. Then she said I dont know why its doing this because you answered all of the questions correctly, but its saying I must cancel your card I asked to be escalated to a manager and went through same process and was told the same thing. They dont know why its happening. I think Cap One is targeting me for something. It doesnt make any sense Now I have to spend more time and staff resources to fix all of our recurring transactions that will be failing. Dozens a month. This is becoming a consistent problem.
