On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX setup a secured credit builder account with Brigit. At this time my XXXX XXXX bank account was connected and auto pay was setup. In XXXX of XXXX I changed my bank account. Brigit sent me and email that my next autopayment was returned. At this time I tried to log into Brigit and it said I needed to change my password. Everytime I have clicked " send email '' I never received an email. I sent an email on XX/XX/XXXX and recieved a response. Not addressing my original concerns about my payment being late, due to no fault of my own. The phone number listed on Brigits website does not work either. Which also makes it impossible to address any concerns.
