XXXX hospital called me in XX/XX/XXXX reporting that I owed {$1400.00} from a XXXX XXXX replacing my XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, which was identical to the XXXX I had on the XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX, all of which was paid by my XXXX and XXXX insurances. The hospital representative informed me that XXXX denied the remaining amount of {$1400.00}, but XXXX paid {$78000.00}, therefore I was responsible for the remainder. I called XXXX who informed me they denied it because the hospital coded the billing incorrectly and if the hospital would correct the code and resend it, they would pay it.
