ON XXXX CREDIT MANAGEMENT CALLED ME FROM XXXX TO MY PHONE NUMBER XXXX. IT TOOK SEVERAL SECONDS FOR THEIR AGENT TO COME ONLINE. I ASKED FOR THEIR NAME AND AFTER THEY GAVE ME THEIR NAME, THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I ASKED THEM WHAT THEIR MAILING ADDRESS WAS. SO I CALLED THEM BACK AND SPOKE TO XXXX. I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED AND ASKED TO SPEAK TO THEIR COMPLIANCE DEPT. SHE TOLD ME THEY DON'T HAVE A COMPLIANCE DEPT. I REQUESTED TO BE PUT ON THEIR DNC LIST. THEN, THEY CALLED ME AGAIN TO MY PHONE NUMBER XXXX FROM THE SAME NUMBER OF XXXX AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I SAID HELLO. WELL, I CALLED THEM BACK AND XXXX ANSWERED THE PHONE AGAIN. I TOLD HER I WAS CALLED AGAIN, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD AND CAME BACK ONLINE AND TOLD ME TO CALL XXXX. AFTER ASKING SEVERAL TIMES, SHE CONFIRMED TO ME THAT THIS WAS THEIR COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT. I ASKED HER TO PUT MY NUMBER ON THEIR DNC LIST AND SHE SAID SHE WOULD. I HAD A FEELING SHE WAS NOT PAYING ATTENTION, SO I ASKED HER TO MAKE SURE SHE IS ALSO PUTTING THIS NUMBER ON THEIR TOO. THEN SHE NOTICED THAT SHE HAD TO PUT MY OTHER NUMBER ON THEIR DNC LIST AGAIN. I TOLD HER YOU GUYS CALLED ME AND HUNG UP ON ME WHEN YOU HEARD MY VOICE AGAIN.
