The fair market range price for the XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time of repossession was $ XXXX {$48000.00}. They only sold the vehicle for {$26000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX. The vehicle had XXXX, xxx miles at the time of sale. The creditor ( Ally Financial ) has purposely sold the car much lower than fair market value. The lender also never gave me any written notice of the date and time the auction was being held. The lender never gave me a written calculation of the deficiency balance, including a description of fees and charges. I was unable to participate in the auction and unable to exercise my rights in the matter. Ally Financial failed to provide me with the required written notices and destroyed my credit. I might take further legal action. Please let me know what I should do about this situation. Thank you!
