I have been repeatedly contacted by a XXXX XXXX on behalf of a Milestone Mastercard account that I have been trying to dispute. My brother did a lot of fraud and identity theft on family members, I'm not sure this debt is mine and have asked for confirmation in the past. I never get it, and they stop chasing me a while. I moved almost two years ago. I was contacted today saying that they have sent legal documents for proceedings against me. I told the person that I haven't lived at the address they were sent to for some time. I get bumped up to what I am told is a legal case XXXX, who proceeds to tell me that she refuses to allow me to contest the debt as she is already in legal proceedings against me over such. We wind up in an insult match where she tells me that she will have me in court and take money from me regardless. This is heated, unscrupulous behavior. This agency knows full well that I have attempted to refute this debt on every occasion they have contacted me, and now that they know I have not received the filings sent to me are still trying to pursue this debt I ask to contest. I need immediate assistance please.
