I purchased 2 Vanilla Gift Cars Visas. I put {$100.00} dollars on each card. Total cost I paid was XXXX I purchase beed cards quite XXXX have never had any problems. I purchase these from a different XXXX. I got home opened the cards up and the first card had the third set of numbers partially missing I couldnt make them out. The second card had the last 4 numbers missing completely. I called this in on the XXXX of XXXX and was told to send Al of the documents and receipts in. I sent in everything they requested. I was told by the first person I spoke with to give them XXXX business days, after the 3 business days I didnt hear from them so I resent the documents. I spoke to someone else and they told me it would be 4 business days again and I should check my email and make sure to check my spam. The next time I called the lady told me they didnt send emails. I spoke to someone on Wednesday who claimed to be a Supervisor and asked for some reliable information, he told me he saw Al of my information and someone should have emailed or phoned me with updates, he promised someone would and they were working on my claim. I didnt receive a email or phone call. I have been nice and respectful with these individuals since XX/XX/XXXX and still no direct answers, it feels like Im getting the run around and I feel Ike this is a scam. They cancel the cards I gave them Al of my information and nothing. I am worried because I purchase these cards today my bill online every month and I feel helpless and nervous about the consequences this is going to have on my credit score. Please help me
