At the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, on or around XX/XX/2021 to present, I have incurred interest on both of my consolidated Federal Student Loans. The Federal government through the Department of Education, is providing Student loan borrowers interest relief of XXXX dollars due to the Covid-19 pandemic. I have contacted my Student Loan Servicer and they are refusing to provide this interest relief on both of my loans because they state these are private loans funded by a bank, although they were Federal Loans under SalieMae. I am attaching documents of both loans indicating proof they are Federal ( FFELP ) Loans.
