My bank XXXX filed the claim with Wells Fargo almost a year ago. I had to file a complaint with the CFPB and get the XXXX XXXX team involved. Your bank cashed two checks illegally, which were forged endorsements and the funds were distributed to the wrong accounts. Check XXXX for {$13000.00} and check XXXX for {$5000.00}. Your internal claim number is XXXX. You need to resolve this ASAP, since this is your mistake accepting the money into the wrong account. In addition to this you also accepted a check yesterday that we caught early and you cashed. At least we caught this early and was able to get the payment reversed. This is unacceptable. How can your company accept stolen checks deposited to the wrong accounts.
