I have disputed this account with Equifax numerous times and they keep telling me they do not see a dispute in process, however, when I try to dispute again, it says dispute in progress. I also advised Equifax that XXXX XXXX is listed on my FTC Report and they keep insisting that it was not mentioned in the FTC report and they never received the report. I do not owe XXXX XXXX any money. I have a fraud alert and freeze on my consumer reports for a reason. I have attached the FTC report AGAIN that Equifax claim they never received and clearly they can see XXXX XXXX was listed on the report filed since XX/XX/2022.
