Two parts outline this nightmare due to XXXX predatory lending practices in and inefficient customer service and exorbitant fees. Ive spent my life was perfect credit and only looked to use XXXX because of the misrepresentations it made on television regarding building my credit. Unbeknownst to me they had signed me up for a credit card as some sort of reward to the end of the term of the first loan which I paid off perfectly however since I did not receive any notice and failed to see where I signed or excepted service of that card I ended up with two late payments for the first time in my life. XXXX currently has XXXX of these XXXX complaints That clearly defy the fair credit lending act.
