We entered into a mortgage with Loan Depot for our home. We own 3 parcels of land. Our Home is on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX is where our Apartment Building is and is separate from our home. Loan Depot included all three parcels on our loan description ' The apartment has a different address than our home and Loan Depot mistakenly included all three parcels on our mortgage dated XX/XX/2021. We have applied for a loan from a different institution for our apartment building and can't get a loan closed because of the mistaken description. XXXX XXXX has tried to correct this problem with Loan Depot, and they have not released parcel 1. We are in limbo, with nothing being done by Loan Depot.
