I have already called Yamaha XXXX about the motorcycle they also reported it to the credit reporting agencies that it has a charge off I asked them for my 1099-C form, because anything over {$600.00} as a charge off can receive the form and add it to their taxes because it is then assumed to be an income to said individual. I have yet to receive it as well as they have put it on my credit report and refuse to move it as a charge off I have asked them several times about this incident and they refuse to remove it from the credit agencies or send my 1099-C which is a violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) permisable purposes.
