I sent a debt validation letter requesting information to validate debt for accounts listed by Medical Revenue Service as : Act # XXXX {$360.00} and Act # XXXX. In return, I received a letter that contained my private medical records/information that is a direct violation of HIPPA privacy regulations ( please see attached documents ). I never signed a HIPPA form authorizing them to have access to this information.Also, there is a remaining account that is now listed on my credit as a derogatory, collection account that does not have an account number attached with it for sum of XXXX from XXXX XXXX I was never contacted about this account from the Medical Revenue Service.Since seeing this new derogatory collections, I have contacted the agency requesting validation of debt information and found they have an old address on file. This new derogatory acct in the sum of XXXX has dropped my score by XXXX points on XXXX. As such, I would need them to delete all information of these balances from their collection agency, remove derogatory collection reporting to the 3 credit bureaus, and cease all contact for the above noted accounts to prevent any further repercussion of accessing health information that I did not consent for them to to have and failure to allow me to validate the debt of XXXX that is now on my credit. *All documentation supporting previous complaint can be accessed from complaint XXXX
