upon calling both bureaus I was told i couldnt be verified and they wouldnt remove anything on my credit report despite the both of us viewing my credit report at the same time, i never gave consent to them to view, nor will they remove inaccurate info upon me attempting to dispute. I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed some unauthorized inquires on my credit report and under 15 USC 1681 a number 3. You guys assumed this role without permission not only that you did not have my consent. You guys did not respect my right to privacy which is under 15 USC 1681 a number 4. You did not exercise your grave responsibility, you were unfair, you were partiaI and I have already taken the liberty to file a CFPB report and an attorney general 's complaint. You never had permission Under 1681 b number 2 & I never instructed you guys to create nor did I consent to this report in the first place.
