I called Bread Savings XXXX on XX/XX/22 to close my CD and open new CD at the current rate. I was told that they would have to transfer the funds to an external account. Then I would need to open a new account and transfer the funds back. On XX/XX/22, I again called Bread Savings because the funds had not been transferred. I was told it would be done that day. On XX/XX/22, I again called Bread Savings because the funds have still not been transferred. I was told that the funds were supposed to have been transferred on XX/XX/22. That is almost a week ago and still not done. The rep said he asked for someone to call me back regarding this issue. I asked him if there was anything else I could do to get my money and he had no suggestions.
