The account was reaffirmed on XX/XX/2022. The bankruptcy was discharged on XX/XX/2022 and DID NOT include the mortgage as we had already reaffirmed it. I have spoken with ServiceMac numerous times and they refuse to correctly update the information on our credit reports showing the accurate information. I have filed numerous disputes with all three credit bureaus and uploaded a copy of the reaffirmation paperwork that is signed by ServiceMac 's attorney, XXXX XXXX. They continue to keep the status the same even though they're reporting inaccurate and false information. They currently have the account listed as " petition for bankruptcy '' which is not accurate at all and is effecting our credit negatively.
