XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NO LONGER EXIST AND WAS SOLD TO XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Consumer sent XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX a letter and it was returned [ Exhibit 1 ]. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX continues to violate FCRA 15 USC 1692g by ignoring my right to privacy and continues to furnish and Report Old Information. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is not allowed to have or purchase Consumer information without my consent. This is an infringement upon my Consumer Right To Privacy. Consumer will no longer allow XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to report my information and Consumer did not authorize anyone employed at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to make any inquiries and/or view my credit report and that this is a violation of the Credit Reporting Action Section 1681b ( c ) and a serious breach of Consumers privacy rights. Consumer has attempted several other times to get my information removed. Consumer has never gave anyone permission at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and have been railroaded by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to ignore my Consumer issues. Under 15 USC 1681a ( e ) Permissible Purposes Consumer no longer want XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to report ANY of Consumers information and if they do it will be considered FRAUD. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX do not have Consumers permission Under 15 USC 1681c2 and will be considered identity theft. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has also violated 18 USC 241/242 Deprivation of rights under color of law because after so many attempts to have this information removed.
