I was discriminated by PenFed for a line of credit. I exercised my rights in good faith and did not receive an adverse action letter. Credit is my right and a credit score is not a requirement for credit to be extended. I have exercised my rights further and have gotten inaccurate information off of my credit report and still the credit reporting agencies are causing me great harm. Penfed and I entered into a consumer credit transaction and I received no benefit from this transaction. The inquiry is proof of this. I received no documentary evidence of who benefited from this transaction and I would like to know who did because it wasn't me, the consumer.
