In accordance with the Fair credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C 1681 and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692 Account Adjustment Bureau XXXX XXXX has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 604 A section 2 : Its also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. Account Adjustment Bureau # XXXX has been reporting inaccurate information to my credit report for almost 7 years now and violating my rights, I have never given Account Adjustment Bureau permission to furnish anything on my credit report. Account XXXX is reporting {$5000.00} on my credit report which is incorrect. Ive disputed this before with XXXX as well as provided documentary proof that this company Account Adjustment Bureau is reporting false amount according to the IN THE JUSTICE OF THE PEACE COURT OF THE STATE OF DELAWARE IN AND FOR XXXX XXXX COURT NO. 16. I demand Account Adjustment Bureau to immediately cease reporting the incorrect account to my credit report and remove the item from my credit report or I will file for litigation from the stress this company has caused me for almost 7 years.
