On XX/XX/2022, the consumer sent a dispute letter to Experian to validate accounts on credit report. According to their results report number XXXX there are accounts that have been verified and updated as such. Consumer has expressed to Experian multiple times in accordance with 15 USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) a consumer credit report does not include a report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report. However, Experian is only authorized to collect, use, sell and or share consumers personal data and financial information relating to consumer in accordance with the direct and written instructions from consumer prior to any use of consumer personal and financial information. This is not the first time the consumer has written to Experian asking who gave them consent to furnish any information. According to 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ), the consumer has not under the following circumstances and no other provided the written instructions of which it relates. The consumer is aware that an elaborate mechanism has been developed for investigating and evaluation the credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character and general reputation of consumer which in this case is causing consumer to lose equity. Experian and with their unfair credit reporting methods are undermining my confidence in the banking system. It is Experian due diligence to exercise their grave responsibility with fairness, impartiality and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. Experian is insolent and has disregarded the consumer. Consumer has given Experian written instructions multiple times to update these allegedly accounts to paid in full and no derogatory marks as debt was cancelled and is now considered taxable income. As no income shall not be reported on a consumer report and credit respectively. The accounts that are to be updated are XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX.
