This is not a duplicate nor is this complaint filed by a third party. I am filing this complaint myself. Please see this complaint is processed to the letter of the law. It has been a bump into going over this and I am submitting this complaint OVER AND OVER AGAIN to remove the following fraudulent accounts in my file that are reporting on Transunion Credit Bureau. How many time should I told you that I am a victim of identity theft and I did not create the responsibility or the accounts? I have requested that the accounts be removed to correct my credit report. I have already reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also have enclosed copies of the Federal Trade Commission 's Identity Theft Report and my Police Report which I filed on my local Police Department. But guess what? Nothing has changed! I offer my testimony herein that I have not authorized or given anyone access to my private and confidential records and certainly not the alleged accounts below showing on my credit report. I therefore request that you immediately remove these accounts from my credit report with your firm, or provide me with the exact source where you received such information. Pursuant offer section 605B ( a ) ( 1 ) ( 2 ) you are required to BLOCK or REMOVE any information in my file that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt PLEASEDELETE IMMEDIATELY!
