I am filing this complaint against EXPERIAN credit bureau, pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 623. I sent a notarized letter ( See EXHIBIT ( A ) via certified mail ( See EXHIBIT ( B ) return mail receipt ). The purpose of this REQUEST is to have only CERTIFIABLY COMPLIANT REPORTED, physically verified, valid personal identifier information that EXPERIAN create, retain, receive, and or release. Experian has refused to honor my request, for no reason. Attached is a copy of the investigation results dated XX/XX/2022 Report number # XXXX ( See EXHIBIT ( C ) The purpose of my request was because at age XXXX, I am concerned about Fraud. That wrong address information could jeopardize my identity or lead to fraud or various credit scams. So, my request was for identity protection.
