Loan is paid off. I can never log in to view balance and fee info. I've been paying cc transaction fees because I have no way to log in to set up alternative payment methods. Password is always incorrect. Password takes multiple days for emails to reset. I have the password saved into XXXX. It's always something. It is intentional. Haven't received my title after payoff. No way to request title because I can't login to their website. Probably get a fee for that too.
