Fay Servicing is currently servicing our loan ; however, we do not know if the owner of our loan is legit because they will not provide us with any information. We have sent 3 QWR requests to Fay in which they have NOT responded and will not provide us with the information. We have also tried to ask for a loan modification and assistance which we are more than qualified for but all they do is charge us more money when they or their lawyers do something on our account. We got ripped off by a company named XXXX XXXX XXXX when they took a bunch of our money and promised us that they would get Fay to answer our QWR requests and get us a loan modification but they didn't really do anything for us. We have now submitted more requests to Fay but they still have not responded. This has been a nightmare for us and we can not get Fay Servicing to respond to any requests for information that they are required to provide. They just keep ignoring our requests for information regarding our loan. Fay Servicing has been fined in the past for deceptive practices yet they are still in business.
