BSI Financial Servicer is now reporting my mortgage payment deliquent 30 days and trying to ruin my credit. We have never been 30 days late. The mortgage for XXXX and XXXX was paid totaling in amount of {$4500.00} on XX/XX/22 by save the dream ohio hafs program. BSI knows I was approved for State assistance through the HAFS Save the dream Ohio program. The money was sent to pay my mortgage in a timely manner but BSI Financial has not even added the money to my account. Now they are putting deliquent on my husband and my credit report. I never get anywhere talking to BSI. No one knows what's going on and they do nothing to help their clients.
