TRANSUNION I am the natural living man, Executor, trustee, beneficiary and legal copyright owner of the said name as shown on my social security card and birth certificate, and all other variations of such name/entity. I have sent the necessary documents proving my sole ownership. XXXX has yet to respond to my request/dispute and it has been well over 30 days since the notice has been received by TRANSUNION which is a direct violation of 15 USC 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ). According to my congressional findings Pursuant of 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ) - A consumer has the right to DEMAND remedy by means of written or oral communication. In addition, based on the due diligence I have done, according to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) - Congressional findings and statements of purpose : The banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate credit reporting. Inaccurate credit reports directly impair the efficiency of the banking system, and unfair credit reporting methods undermine the public confidence which is essential to the continued functioning of the banking system. As TRANSUNION would know, there is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the for the consumers right to privacy. I am afraid that TRANSUNION has not been exercising their grave responsibilities that were given to them, nor performing reasonable procedures for meeting the needs of the commerce for consumer credit, personnel, insurance, and other information in a manner which is fair and equitable to me, the consumer, regarding the confidentiality, accuracy, relevancy, and proper utilization of such information in accordance with the requirements of 15 USC 1681b Reasonable Procedures. I have remained humble throughout these past couple of years despite all the stress, abuse, and harm that TRANSUNION has caused me. I have had enough of the abuse and unfair practices from TRANSUNION. Pursuant of 15 USC 1681b ( 2 ), I did not give TRANSUNION any form of written instructions to accept, furnish, or report any information on my behalf. By the powers vested in me by the TRUE living GOD, I hereby DEMAND that all Negative accounts, Late Payments, Inquiries, Delinquencies, Charge Offs, that was not Authorized or Verified by me, the consumer, in written format to be Updated IMMEDIATELY according to 15 USC 1692g ( a ) ( 4 ).
