I'm writing to delete the following information in my file. The items I need deleted are listed in the report. I'm a victim of identity theft and did not make the charge. I ask that the items be deleted to correct my credit report. I'm writing to dispute the fraudulent items from my credit report. These accounts that are listed on my credit profile are charges that I did not make. I reported this to the Federal Trade Commission, and I attached a copy of the affidavit to this complaint. Please be advised that the unverified items remain on my credit report. I have yet to receive documentation from the original creditors to verify that the information is mine and is correct, which is required by law. Since I have not received any documentation from the original creditors please delete the items as soon as possible.
