I recently received a response to a dispute ( see attached ) that I made under FCRA 611 ( a ) regarding an erroneous item on my credit report involving a transaction with. It saddened me to learn that you somehow verified the disputed item, electing to leave it on my report. I am absolutely certain that the items I disputed is incorrect and should be removed, so I am hereby exercising my rights under FCRA 611 ( a ) ( 7 ) to request a complete description of all methods used to investigate my aforementioned dispute. I am very interested to learn how your investigator ( s ) arrived at this erroneous conclusion. I would like to see a complete list of all documents and correspondence with. Please include all names and contact information of employees that you spoke to at as part of this investigation. All previous letters and documents that I sent to you previously are once again attached along with this correspondence in order to help you process this request. I am asking for this verification because my credit score is important to me, and I believe it is being unjustly degraded as a result of this unfortunate error. Therefore, I request that you please do not send me a template letter in response to this request. I am in the process of planning a legal case, so I need specific answers to the specific questions asked of you in this letter. I expect to receive a response within 15 days of receipt of this letter, or I will expect to see the item in question permanently expunged from my record. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I very much look forward to getting this resolved as soon as possible. I've disputed these items several time over and continue to get ignored or passed along. This is becoming very frustrating that the Credit bureaus are just sending me verified general letters with no real investigation, and it is having a tremendous impact on my life I'm trying to resolve this matter with out taking any legal action but if this not resolved I'm left no other choice but pursue that route to get this rectified asap possible. I've repeatedly said this items are incorrect and shown the proof that they are but they some how come back verified and there is no way they are if my most recent credit report says verified and and updated and the still have the same inaccurate information in my file. Please tell me how the following items are accurate XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is incorrect XXXX Co XXXX _showing BAL and DOL is incorrect Eos CCa- XXXX DOL is incorrect XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is incorrect XXXX- showing wronf DOL and has a Bal showing 15 U.S. Code 1681s2 a ) DUTY OF FURNISHERS OF INFORMATION TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION Duty of person after receiving notice of dispute After receiving a notice of dispute from a consumer pursuant to subparagraph ( D ), the person that provided the information in dispute to a consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) conduct an investigation with respect to the disputed information ; ( ii ) review all relevant information provided by the consumer with the notice ; ( iii ) complete such persons investigation of the dispute and report the results of the investigation to the consumer before the expiration of the period under section 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) of this title within which a consumer reporting agency would be required to complete its action if the consumer had elected to dispute the information under that section ; and ( iv ) if the investigation finds that the information reported was inaccurate, promptly notify each consumer reporting agency to which the person furnished the inaccurate information of that determination and provide to the agency any correction to that information that is necessary to make the information provided by the person accurate. These are the laws which mines are continuously being violated I've attached XXXX and XXXX Credit Reports to see nothing has been done. I also am forwarding this information to an attorney.
