Ive contacted the court for which they have claimed to receive documentation from who denies any information pertaining to a bankruptcy under my name is accurate. This documentation was submitted to the credit bureaus and XXXX XXXX. Ive tried disputing the bankruptcy numerous times for which they have failed to remove it and now I shall take legal action.
