According to section 604 ( a ) ( 3 ) of the FCRA which states a company using a disclaimer as reason to place non public information without my written instructions on my consumer report is against federal law and violates my privacy. In addition, the reporting of this account also violates 15 USC 1681i as this account is being furnished both inaccurate and incomplete. EXPERIAN has violated my consumer rights by reporting personal nonpublic information that belongs to me.I DID NOT give EXPERIAN written instructions at any time to report The following XXXX XXXX. account. This account is being reported on my consumer report without my written instructions. The CFPB XXXX prohibits abusive and deceptive behavior in accordance with federal law. Please see the attached invoice and affidavits for the following Violations.
